Moody Barn Print

After a long day of driving and shooting different things, I was just about to head home when I came across this barn. This photograph of an old, rustic barn taken just before sunset in Chilliwack, BC. The sky was magnificent that evening. It was just before dusk and the sky turned very ominous. It was late Fall so the dramatic sky came easily. The red barn against the dark sky was too much to pass by.

I went back to the area I remembered taking the photograph of the barn a year after and it was gone. I was lucky I photographed it when I did. Sadly, so many barns are being torn down or fall down in the weather.
