Row of Tractors Wall Decor
The row of tractor wall decor comes ready to hang and includes beautiful photograph of a row of Massey-Harris Tractors with mountains and the Canadian flag in the background. I photographed the tractors at the Atchelitz Threshermans Association Pioneer Village in Chilliwack, BC. It was a grey day with a moody looking sky. I love the tractors with the red and white of the Canadian flag in the background.
How It’s Made
Each wall hanging is handmade in the studio where I carefully select the pieces of reclaimed wood. Each piece of wood is unique and has its own personality. The piece of art you receive will have the same photograph however, every piece is different. The wood will have its own interesting colour, texture, imperfections and style.
The wall decor is completely handmade. First of all, I sand the wood and put biscuits in the wood for better stability. Next, I whitewash the wood so the colours of the photograph will pop, photograph is manually transferred. A UV varnish is added so the art is protected. Finally, it is stapled and a hanger attached.
The photographs are 5×7, 8×10 and 11×14 approximately and the wood adds to the dimensions. Larger sizes can also be made by request.
Larger sizes require more than one piece of paper for the transfers due to limits of the size of the copies.
If there is a photograph that you would like to have transferred onto reclaimed wood, custom orders are always welcome. Please, message me to discuss your custom wall hanging.
Although all of images are color compatible for viewing online, most computer monitors vary in their color configurations and the images that you see may not have accurate color representation.
